How do I reset my password?

Use the forgotten password page. You will receive an email with a reset link — check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes.

How do I upgrade to Pro?

Log in, then visit your account settings. Individual Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. For team access, contact us using the form below and we will set up invoicing.

Where are my CLPs?

Your CLP total is on your dashboard. To download a certificate for a completed course, go to the course page and select the certificate link. If a course shows as incomplete, check whether all required activities are marked done.

Can my whole office get access?

Yes — team access is how most organisations use ASI Education Pro. Contact us below and we will work out what fits your group.
