By using ASI Education Pro you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you register. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorised use, contact us immediately.

Free and Pro tiers

  • Free — the daily newsletter and limited course previews. No payment required.
  • Pro — full course library, live sessions, Ask a Human, and CLP tracking. Billed monthly or annually as shown at checkout. Team subscriptions are invoiced separately.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not offer partial-month refunds. Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no courses have been completed.

Intellectual property

All course content, newsletter text, and training materials are the property of ASI Government or its licensors. You may use them for your own professional development. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish them without written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not share your login, attempt to access other accounts, scrape content, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Continuous Learning Points

CLPs are tracked as a convenience. ASI Government does not guarantee that any agency or certification body will accept them. Verify acceptance with your organisation's training officer.

Limitation of liability

ASI Education Pro is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep the platform available and accurate, but we do not warrant uninterrupted service or error-free content. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Material changes are announced via the newsletter.
