ASI Government ("ASI", "we", "us") operates the ASI Education Pro platform. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect

Account information — name, email address, and organisation when you sign up.
Usage data — pages visited, courses started and completed, session timestamps. This helps us improve the platform and report Continuous Learning Points.
Device and browser data — IP address, browser type, operating system. Collected automatically for security and performance.
Cookies — session cookies to keep you logged in, and a preference cookie if you switch colour modes. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

How we use it

Deliver and personalise training content.
Track and report CLPs for your professional development record.
Send the daily newsletter (if you subscribed) and service emails (password resets, session reminders).
Improve the platform — aggregate analytics, never sold to third parties.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:

Hosting and infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf under written agreements.
Your organisation's administrator, if your account is part of a team subscription — limited to enrolment status and CLP totals.
Law enforcement, if legally required.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct inaccuracies, or ask us to delete your account at any time. Email privacy@asigovt.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Data retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. If you delete your account, personal data is removed within 90 days; anonymised usage statistics are retained.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes are announced via the newsletter and posted here with an updated effective date.
